Wear only sportswear and not a casual or party outfit.
- DIAL IT DOWN
Contrary to the popular nation, loud grunting is no longer considered manly but plain foolish. While you don’t need to maintain pin drop silence, it is preferable if you keep your noises to yourself or at most to the person next to you but not to the whole gym. Loud noises, roars and grunts can be extremely distracting to other people in the gym.
